Q: What types of phone can the Smart glasses conneted?

A: Smart glasses are designed to connect to all phones, from iPhone to Galaxy. You can easily control your smartphone through smart glasses with one touch.

 

Q: Can I go to an optical store and change to prescription lenses?

A: Yes. that's why we chose glasses with a universal design. Therefore, it will be easy to find lenses of the same shape at an optical store and change them to suit your vision.

 

Q: Is it waterproof? Can I go into the sea or swimming pool wearing this?

A: Yes. It is Waterproof. No. It shouldn't be water. As you know, micro-speakers are as sensitive as smartphones, so it is dangerous to put them in the sea or swimming pool.

 

Q: Can I clean my Smart glasses with clothes??

A: No. Although the lenses of smart glasses are very strong, they can get scratched if they are continuously rubbed against the rough fibers of clothing. Therefore, please wipe it with the dedicated microfiber cloth included in the set. If you lose it, wipe it with a microfiber cloth sold at an optical store..

 

Q: How long does the Smart glasses's battery last?

A: Assuming you use it on all day, listening to music will last 3-4 hours, navigation will last 3-5 hours, and other uses will last 7 hours a day.

 

Q: How many hours does it take to fully charge?

A: The default is 1 hour. Depending on the bolt specifications of each country, this may increase by 1-3 hours.

 

Q: Is there a possibility of the battery overheating in hot weather?

A: No. All chargers are made of materials compatible with smartphones. However, if a heat wave warning is issued, please refrain from going out too much. Also, avoid placing it on a heated laptop. If a lithium-ion battery is continuously charged for more than a day, its performance will deteriorate. Do not leave the charger on for too long.

 

Q: What accessories come with the Smart glasses?

A: A case, microfiber cloth, charger, and manual are provided.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: At Lufod, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and efficient order processing. In order to ensure timely processing of orders, we kindly ask that any change or cancellation requests be submitted within 5-10 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate requests received after this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

 

Q: When will my order be processed?

A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for production/handling time which will process within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing day.

Q: My tracking number isn't working. Has my order been shipped?

A: We process orders 1-3 days after purchase and ship them to you. If your tracking number doesn't work after 5 days, please contact us at contact@lufod.com, and we will personally track down your order for you.

 

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Please contact us at contact@lufod.com to initiate a return.

 

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

A: If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact your shipment carrier immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. Lufod is not liable for any packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you purchased an incorrect item, simply purchase the correct item. Once the incorrect item has been delivered, send it back to us, and we will issue a full refund.

 

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
